Mrs Adelaide Beazley

Adelaide Beazley is the mother of Keanu-Breeze, a child with

complex medical needs whose journey has taken their whānau through NICU, PICU and Starship Children’s Hospital, including 10 months living in PICU, before returning home to rural Northland, where she remains dependent on a life-support ventilator through her tracheostomy.


Adelaide is passionate about bringing the whānau voice into health, research and clinical spaces, highlighting the knowledge parents hold and helping shape better care for children and their whānau.


Tara McGeough

Tara McGeough is a highly experienced registered Consultant Psychologist with over 25 years of international and New Zealand-based practice across clinical, educational, paediatric, and community mental health settings. Extensive expertise and skill

in psychological assessment, trauma-informed care, developmental diagnostics (e.g. Intellectual Disability (ID), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), therapeutic intervention, and clinical supervision. Demonstrated leadership in service development, cross-disciplinary consultation, and mental health policy enhancement. Committed to culturally responsive, evidence-based practice that supports inclusive and equitable outcomes.
