Morning Activity - Wednesday and Thursday

Start Your Morning with Yoga

Begin your conference day feeling refreshed, energised, and focused with a relaxing morning yoga session. This guided session is designed to help you unwind, stretch, and set a positive tone for the day ahead.


Where: The Great Hall, Massey University

Time: 6.45am – 7.30am

Cost: $15 per person


Places are limited, with minimum and maximum numbers.

Attendance selection is required at the time of registration.


If you have your own yoga mat, please bring it along!.

Start your conference morning with some fresh air, movement, and great company. Join fellow delegates for a scenic waterfront run, offering the perfect opportunity to get active, enjoy the surroundings, and kick-start your day feeling energised.

Where: Start at Te Papa

Time: 6.30am – 7.15am

Cost: $15 per person

Includes: Coffee and donut
