Exhibitor pack in must be undertaken between 2.00pm - 5.00pm on Monday 9 November 2026. You will be required to complete a Health & Safety induction online form prior to coming onsite. You must wear a Hi-Vis vest in the Exhibition area. For further details, please refer to the Exhibition Manual linked above.
Exhibition pack out is from 1.15pm on Thursday 12 November 2026 following the lunch. The exhibition contractors will move in at 3.00pm on Thursday 12 November 2026. All display material must be removed from the venue by 5.00pm on Thursday 12 November 2026.
All table spaces come a dressed trestle table, 2 chairs and 1 x 10 amp power point with 4 way multi box. Should you require panels - please contact melanie@fp2.co.nz
YES - ALL company representatives at your stand must be registered as a conference exhibition delegate. Registration badges cannot be shared, every representative must have their own badge.We will maintain a list of the delegates passes issued to each exhibiting company.
NO - sorry but it isn't possible for you to ''swap out passes'' between staff members.
If you wish to giveaway any food or beverage items then we must seek venue permission first. It's not usually difficult to get their permission. Please notify the conference coordinator at conference@fp2.co.nz
To locate your allocated table number, check the exhibitors list detailed in the Exhibition Table List detailed in the above "Exhibition Table List".
For privacy reasons, this is not possible. But two weeks prior to the conference we release the conference app to delegates. The list of delegates then becomes visible via the app. You can view name, job title, organisation with the conference app for each delegate. Sponsors may be entitled to special privileges regarding the delegate list and will distributed when appropriate.
NO. Sorry from a sustainability point of view, we have stopped the delegate bag insert option. You are welcome to distribute items via your stand understanding that delegates may not be carrying a bag.
